Mayor Sam Johi joined Joe Cole of the Edison Chamber of Commerce and clinic founder Dr. Kang to cut the ribbon on Clear Laser Skin Clinic at 1961 Route 27, celebrating the business’s opening and a planned tour of the facility.
Joe Cole of the Edison Chamber of Commerce opened the brief ceremony and said he was "excited" to be there as the community marked the new business. An event host introduced the mayor and noted owners and investors were present.
"This is a wonderful facility. You got to check it out inside," Mayor Sam Johi said, introducing the doctor who led the project and inviting the founder to describe the clinic’s services. The mayor encouraged attendees to tour the location following the ceremony.
"I'm so excited to provide Korean beauty and the recent Korean techniques to the community," Dr. Kang said, saying the clinic will bring treatments rooted in Korean aesthetic practices to local patients.
Organizers then performed a ceremonial ribbon cutting. A participant led a countdown from five, and the group cut the ribbon before moving to tour the interior of the clinic.
The event was a short ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of Clear Laser Skin Clinic; no formal votes or government actions were taken during the event.
