Commission approves partial replat for Redbird Meadows section 3

The Montgomery Planning & Zoning Commission approved a partial replat (Partial Replat No. 1) for Redbird Meadows (development #20006) on March 16.
Staff explained the change would move adjacent land from planned section 8 into section 3 to increase lots 31 and 32 by about 3,000 square feet each. According to staff, the change does not alter the subdivision’s minimum lot-area, width or depth requirements, and the final plats for section 8 will return to the commission later for consideration.
A commissioner moved to approve the partial replat and the motion passed. The action approves the reconfiguration; final section 8 approvals will follow separate review and future hearings.
