Staff added the development would be within a sewer service area the city recently acquired and that further details would be discussed at the workshop. Commissioners were invited to attend the March 24 session at 5:30 p.m. to hear the municipal utility district and development agreement presentation and to participate in early coordination between council and Planning & Zoning.
What’s next: The joint workshop is intended to provide early information and allow P&Z to hear the project scope, ask questions about infrastructure and phasing, and better coordinate recommendations prior to any formal FLUM or zoning applications coming before the commission.
