Board members asked for clarification about the use of job-posting services and where administrative positions are posted; staff said administrative roles typically originate in Frontline. The presenter cautioned that some postings will be kept open longer while the district evaluates long-term need and potential attrition-based cost savings.
Officials also described how posting automation reduces duplication (Frontline can push listings to Indeed and Monster) and noted challenges with auto-applications on general job sites that require additional screening.
The board will continue review of staffing materials at the next meeting; no formal hiring motions were recorded during the session.
