"The applicant is requesting a variance to allow a greater driveway width within the right of way. 24 feet is permitted, but the applicant is requesting 30," Miss Monahan said, and added that the proposed width would still meet setbacks and would not be out of character with wider driveways in the neighborhood. She said staff recommends approval of resolution 22R26 with conditions.
Trustee Bailey moved to approve the resolution; Mr. James seconded. The committee approved the motion by voice vote; the transcript records an affirmative voice vote but does not include a roll-call tally or any recorded opposing votes.
