Gilpin County's planning and community-development staff brought forward an amended boundary-line elimination (BLE-25-1) to correct omissions in the 2025 resolution record and provide the assessor a complete after-plat and legal description.
Planner Jack Seaman said the original resolution omitted the after-plat and new lot name and included misnumbered exhibits; the amendment adds the post-BLE plat and the full legal description for the consolidated parcel, which the staff said the assessor's office requires to update property records.
Commissioners approved the amended BLE resolution 3-0. Community development staff said the corrected record will be recorded with the clerk and recorder and the assessor's office to reflect the new Lot 1A, Block 20, Skyale Subdivision, County of Gilpin, State of Colorado.
The board's action was described as clerical and corrective rather than a substantive change to prior approvals; the amendment creates a complete and accurate property record for subsequent tax and title work.
