For the PUE at 148 Ridge Road staff reported the easement is unused and recommended vacation; commissioners discussed the need to secure utility sign-offs before the item proceeds to City Council. One commissioner moved for a positive recommendation to vacate the easement and the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
