Board accepts lift-station deed, approves interlocal agreement for Edgewater project

At the March 18 session the Crown Point Board of Public Works and Safety approved a quitclaim deed that transfers the parcel under the Fairway Regency lift station into city inventory. Counsel and staff also presented a standard interlocal agreement with the Little Cal River Basin Commission for the Edgewater project. Counsel said the agreement follows a familiar 80/20 funding arrangement (80 percent from the commission and 20 percent from the city); counsel recommended approval and the board approved the interlocal agreement.
