Staff said Low Density Residential is a permissible district under the parcel’s growth‑area future land‑use designation and recommended approval.
No members of the public signed up to speak on the item. A motion to recommend approval passed by a show‑of‑hands vote and was recorded as unanimous (4–0). The commission’s recommendation and the transcript will be forwarded to Lancaster County Council for the final decision; the applicant will be notified of the council hearing date and time.
