The Little Rock Planning Commission approved its March 12 consent agenda after staff recommended approval of multiple planned development and conditional-use items.
Planning staff member Mr. Moore read the consent agenda and noted several deferrals and withdrawals, including Z7500K (deferred to May 14), Z10228 (deferred to April 9), Z9850A (deferred to April 9), and item A354 (withdrawn without prejudice). Staff recommended approval of several items on consent, including Z8911B (Delar Roa Revised PCD, 9123 Chico Road), Z10239 (STR2 PDC, 1908 Van Beern Street), Z10253 (Pirani PDC, 12223 Colonel Glenn Road), Z9533A (Hayes special use permit, 1801 East 3rd Street), Z10258 (TIP STR2 PDC, 8024 West 33rd Street), Z10262 (MC Capital Management Services PCD south of 10500 Stage Coach Road) and Z7838A (Ben Bronze Storage CUP, south of 4111 South University Avenue). The staff presentation said approval was recommended subject to compliance with conditions in paragraph E and the agenda staff analysis.
A commissioner moved to approve the consent agenda as read; the motion was seconded and carried on a roll-call vote with the commissioners present voting yes. The chair noted that three regular-agenda items (15, 16 and 21) remained for discussion and reminded applicants that approval of those items required six affirmative votes, offering deferral as an option.
The meeting proceeded to the regular agenda after the consent vote.
