Grove is a planned mixed‑use development featuring 149 single family detached cottages, a clubhouse and commercial area along Juban Road.” He said all planning‑department review comments have been addressed and the applicant was asking for approval.
Commissioners asked a clarification about the project’s layout and whether it matched the plan approved with the recent rezoning; Gerald confirmed the 149 units and the same overall layout were presented during the rezoning. Engineering reported all review comments had been addressed and recommended approval.
A motion to approve the preliminary site plan passed by roll call with recorded “yes” votes from Mr. Clemens, Mr. Wax, Mr. Dana, Mr. Burns, Miss Ferris and Miss Long. The commission did not record any no votes or abstentions.
