The Town of Randolph Planning & Zoning Board on March 4, 2026, unanimously approved building plans submitted by resident Tiffany Hoffman after reviewing a plot map and a surveyed map Hoffman had emailed to the town clerk earlier in the week.
The action came after board member Geo Peart said he visited Hoffman’s lot earlier in the week and measured the setback, and determined the proposed setbacks “meet the requirements.” Peart moved to accept the building plans; Jayson Limb seconded and the motion passed with all members present voting in favor.
At the meeting Hoffman explained the materials she had provided to Clerk April Groll and answered questions from board members. Peart told Hoffman the lot currently consists of two separate parcels and that, should she wish to build a house on the property in the future, the parcels will need to be combined into a single legal lot; Hoffman acknowledged that requirement.
The meeting opened at 7:00 p.m. with Limb presiding. Earlier in the agenda Scott Ferguson moved to approve the minutes from the previous month; Limb seconded, and the board voted unanimously to approve the minutes. The board later voted to adjourn at 7:30 p.m. on a motion by Peart, seconded by Ferguson.
Clerk April Groll was present for the record. Guests at the meeting included Tiffany Hoffman and Brett Hallam. No ordinances, resolutions, or formal appeals were recorded in the meeting minutes provided.
