Officials also announced that Hillsborough Township is participating in the New Jersey League of Municipalities’ Lewis Bay II Future Municipal Leader Scholarship Competition. The township will accept applications for three $1,000 statewide scholarships from juniors and seniors; applicants should submit materials to the mayor’s office by March 9.
