Moving a detached shed and placing a mobile office unit depend on the availability of an out‑of‑town transporter and on-site plumbing assessments; staff reported a transporter and related equipment are expected to be available after March 25.
Regarding the mobile office unit, staff reported the engineering department has no as-built blueprints for Concho house's sewage and plumbing; instead, a master plumber will inspect the site and advise on connection points and permit requirements. Building permits and approval from city building officials will be required for any sewer work or installed utilities.
On electric service, staff said they identified the current vendor (reported in the meeting as 'Reliant') and are comparing providers; board members discussed solar as a long-term option but were advised not to invest in solar until site location and permanent ownership of the structure are confirmed.
No motions were approved on these items; staff said they will continue coordination with the city, plumbers and contractors and will keep the board updated when permits, scopes and funding are finalized.
