- Member amendment (Senator Caldwell) changing a title at East Arkansas Community College: Approved. Title change only; no change in positions or appropriation.
- Motion to adopt the Lieutenant Governor’s Office pay-plan request: Failed. Roll-call indicated the motion received eight votes in favor when nine were required for passage; motion did not carry.
- Motion to expunge the failed vote from the record: Failed by voice vote; chair announced the noes had it.
