There was no public comment on the continuation. A motion to continue the item per staff recommendation to the April 15, 2026 meeting was seconded and carried 4-0.
The item will return after stakeholder review and any revisions to proposed language; staff indicated it will present a revised draft for the commission to consider and, if appropriate, recommend to the Board of Supervisors.
