Resident describes decade-long flooding problem; council asks Boswell Engineering for report

Council members acknowledged the seriousness of the complaint and asked that Boswell and the inspector produce a written report. The mayor committed to request that Boswell provide findings and recommendations at the council's April 8 work session, and asked staff to keep Michael informed. The council discussed possible causes raised by Michael — piping size, road pitch/grading, and catch-basin capacity — and promised follow-up (including collecting the resident's video evidence if needed).
The resident said he had engaged with DPW over several years and had submitted footage; the council said it would press for a prompt engineering update and said Mr. Boswell regularly attends work sessions and can present the report.
