Edison board approves three broker appointments in separate roll‑call votes

The motion passed on roll‑call with five members voting yes and three voting no. Recorded roll‑call responses were: Mr. Ero yes; Mr. Lugo no; Miss Anja Patel yes; Mr. Romano no; Miss White no; Miss Pang yes; Mr. Vichel Patel yes; President She yes.
The board also approved appointments for medical/dental benefits and prescription services. Acore (doing business as Doy Alliance Group) was appointed as the medical and dental benefits broker for April 24, 2025–June 30, 2026; Assured Partners/AP Keenan was appointed to provide prescription‑related brokerage services through June 30, 2026. Those two resolutions were approved by unanimous roll‑call among present members.
Each resolution included standard provisions to serve a copy of the adopted resolution to the appointed vendor within five business days, and the board stated each resolution takes immediate effect. The board adjourned shortly after completing the votes.
