Board unanimously approves Love, Faith & Hope mentorship contract for middle‑school pathways

Community speakers gave sustained personal testimony in favor. Monnique Williams described her children’s long involvement with Love, Faith & Hope and credited the organization with multiple students’ successful transitions to college and careers. "I hope that you guys unanimously approve it because I have observed Love, Faith & Hope pour into all these other approved agencies," she told the board.
Trustees asked no substantive changes and moved to approve the contract. Trustee Brooks made the motion and Trustee McCutchen seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
The board approved the contract and asked staff to proceed with implementation as described.
