Commissioners moved to continue PC Resolution 04‑2026, a proposed amendment to the Chatfield Activity Center Comprehensive Development Plan, to April 27 and asked staff to provide more background on the original zoning decision and economic context for the parcel. Commissioner Coronado moved the first continuance and Vice Chair Allman seconded.
The commission also continued PC Resolution 07‑2026, an amendment to the future Land Use and Character map for a Trail Mark subdivision parcel (from suburban commercial to suburban residential), and PC Resolution 08‑2026, a companion rezoning for the remaining Trail Mark parcel (from corridor mix/plan development overlay to small lot residential), both to April 27. Commissioners again moved and seconded those continuances and recorded six votes in favor for each.
During the motions, commissioners asked staff to include archival material, developer presentations where available, and economic information such as potential sales tax revenue impacts and maintenance cost comparisons to help inform recommendations when the items return.
