Council refers seven downtown hotel rezoning and special-use first readings to planning commission

- O-2602-03: 120 North Elbert Street (Duckworth Holdings) - O-2602-04: 151 North Jefferson Street (Duckworth Holdings) - O-2602-05: 211 East Macintosh Street (Adam Fabian) - O-2602-06: 141 North Jefferson Street (William and Debbie Thompson) - O-2602-07: 131 North Jefferson Street (Pendergas Property) — request includes rezoning from MR2 to CBC and a special use for a downtown hotel - O-2602-08: 200 North Elbert Street (Eagle Place Holdings LLC) — request to rezone from SFR2 to CBC with special use - O-2602-09: 230 East Mintosh Street (Eagle Place Holdings LLC) — request to rezone from SFR2 to CBC with special use
Council did not vote to adopt any of the ordinances on first reading; each was formally referred to the planning body for analysis and recommendation. The clerk read each ordinance by caption and the mayor confirmed the referrals.
