Board adopts CSEA MOU for two IT job descriptions, approves expulsions and board appointments

Dr. Wyatt moved the personnel and discipline motions and members voted to carry them; the transcript records "Motion carries." On governance and appointments: During the organizational meeting the board elected Myra Sios as board president and Mariellean Grande as vice president, appointed Amicio Ariano as board secretary and Karen Cunningham as assistant secretary, and confirmed a slate of committee representatives and alternates for policy, budget, charter schools, facilities, IT communications, and the CSBA delegate assembly.
