Chris Conway of the county executive’s office introduced the item: “we're seeking legislative approval to enter into a contract with Barton and Ljudis for comprehensive architectural engineering, environmental and construction administration services for the development of the new fire training facility and public safety facility located at 13 Bingmpington Street in the city of Baldi. And… it’s not to exceed $555,100.” The board approved the contract.
