The board also heard a presentation from Holly Overdyke of Flock Realty about hangar issues and needs at airports across the state, with comparisons to conditions at Athens Ben Epps. Meeting minutes note Flock Realty is an aviation commercial real estate firm and that the presentation addressed current hangar supply and demand dynamics.
No formal action to create new hangar programs or change policy was recorded at the meeting. The authority scheduled its next meeting for March 24, 2026, and planned an executive session immediately following that meeting.
