The second amendment corrects an adopted text error in the architectural-review section so residential projects that exceed a base floor-area-ratio threshold of 0.55 would require an administrative architectural review permit and those that exceed a higher threshold (0.62) would require planning-permission review. Staff characterized the change as a correction to capture the original intent of the earlier ordinance package.
The commission reviewed the amendments and had no public comment; staff recommended forwarding the resolution to Council for final adoption.
