The applicant's representative said the owner Leah has operated the shop for 25 years and staff will transition to the new location in the New York Hotel.
Commissioners asked about the size increase versus the prior sign; the representative showed a photograph and indicated the size change was modest. No members of the public opposed the application. A commissioner moved to approve and the body voted to approve the sign as presented.
