Janotta & Herner provided a preliminary estimate to replace the City Hall façade in the range of $500,000 to $700,000 depending on the materials chosen. Council members were told that if the ordinance including alternates passes, council would still need to approve any alternates before work begins. Staff said financing options, including loans, are being explored.
