Council members asked about code enforcement capacity for nuisance complaints (weeds, junk vehicles, barking dogs); staff said code enforcement staffing and follow‑up remain a matter for future updates.
Outcome: Council did not adopt a binding change to the hearing format during the meeting but expressed interest in an open‑house option and accepted Kelly Robinson’s offer to present the program.
