Springfield Township Board of Adjustment memorializes two resolutions, approves carry for another application

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP — The Board of Adjustment on Nov. 10 memorialized two resolutions for pending applications and carried another matter to its Dec. 17 meeting.
At the start of the meeting Chairwoman Jody confirmed that adequate notice was given under the Sunshine Law and read the meeting time and publishing details. The board then moved to memorialize a resolution for application 2025-14 (564 Ashwood Road, Block 251, Lot 18). A motion was made, seconded and the roll call recorded members present and voting in favor.
The board then memorialized a second resolution for application 2025-90 (Adams Terrace, Block 30001, Lot 2). That resolution likewise passed on a recorded vote.
Separately, staff reported that application 2025-18 (Share Alliance, 37 Church Mall) had previously been carried and the applicant asked that it be adjourned again to Dec. 17. The board carried that application to Dec. 17 and confirmed there will be no further public notice.
The board took no further substantive action on these agenda items beyond formal memorialization and scheduling. The meeting continued with hearings on variances and project applications that were carried to the Dec. 17 meeting for further evidence and revised plans.
