Rob McLean invited PBBC members to the teen room ribbon‑cutting: “We’re having the ribbon‑cutting ceremony a week from this Thursday at 3:00 on April 16th,” he said, and offered to arrange tours for members unable to attend.
Committee members heard an update that millwork and AV installations are being completed and punch‑list items remain; staff emphasized that some final corrections will be made after the public opening. No member objected to the invoices or the schedule.
