He described the scope as replacing ramps with tripping hazards or missing detectable-warning domes and said the contract includes a completion window of 55 working days and liquidated damages of $300 per day.
Council moved and seconded to approve the project calendar and related resolutions (32821 and 32822) to proceed with the bids; the motion carried on a voice vote. The presentation noted the ramp locations are spread across the city and staff recommended proceeding with the low bid.
