The committee also approved an increase and contract amendment to cover right‑of‑way acquisition services for Hudson Street (an increase of $22,360 noted as 95% federal share with no local match currently required).
Committee members were briefed that the new engineering contract will allow towns and the city to use county agreements in a more efficient procurement approach, and that the Bay Road and Hudson Street actions include federal and state funding mixes that affect local match requirements.
