Pike County commissioners table decision on a new county website after vendor price gap

Because the first-year cost exceeds the line-item budget (the commissioners noted only $2,000 was available for the website), the board agreed to delay action. President Flint asked whether to table the item to the next meeting; the commissioners voted to table the decision pending further review of costs and funding options.
The delay means the county will return to the issue at a future meeting to decide whether to reallocate server funds, seek an appropriation, or pursue a multi-year vendor commitment.
