The committee presenter outlined the event budget, initially listing $950 for Wildlife Day (including $300 for two banners, $300 for insurance and $50 for supplies) and $900 for an upcoming bird walk; after trimming signage plans the working budget was reduced and then adjusted to $1,300 once the committee voted to buy two committee copies of the mountain-lion book for display.

Members agreed to finalize documentary selection and other media by email, to post a save-the-date and event description on the town forum and to ask the town manager or staff (Darcy was mentioned as the staff contact) about permitting and newsletter inclusion. The committee adjourned at 6:06 p.m.
