Commissioners then unanimously approved the Ohio Department of Transportation grant agreement for phase two taxiway construction at the Madison County Airport and authorized county officials to execute the agreement.
The board also approved a professional‑services proposal for ADA door upgrades, accepted the 2026 asphalt material bid awards as recommended by the county engineer, and awarded PID 116111 — a guardrail replacement project — to P D K Construction Inc., authorizing contract execution. County staff noted the guardrail project is fully state funded. Finally, commissioners approved a transfer of funds to support the Madison County Family Council.
