Staff distributed a corrected calendar and noted that Nov. 10 falls the day before Veterans Day; staff confirmed Village Hall would be open on Monday and that the schedule otherwise follows the commission’s standard pattern of meetings. A motion to adopt the schedule was made, seconded and carried by voice vote of the commissioners present.
Commissioners asked staff to check dates if potential conflicts arise and to notify the group if adjustments are needed during the year.
