Among the applications the board granted in whole or by majority vote were Jesus Dominguez Sanchez; Brian (Brian D Janeiro) (granted by majority after one member opposed); Adam Arpin; Jose P. Barrero Jr.; Kiara Davis; Russell Dory; Jonathan McDow; Taiwan Maro; Kevin Newton; Lynwood Patrick; Eric Prior; Tony Richardson; James Turner; and Tyrone Whitaker. The board denied one application, Ernesto Prrisco, citing the victim impact, the applicant’s supervision performance and the seriousness of the offense.
