Ceres Planning Commission swears in two new members and elects leadership

Deputy City Clerk Christina administered the oath of office to newly appointed commissioners Dory Perez and Rule deep Jamu at the start of the Ceres Planning Commission meeting.
The commission then took roll call; Commissioner Ishwar Gil was recorded as excused. Commissioners present nominated and elected Chairperson Condit and Vice Chair Jamu. The nominations were approved by roll call, with Commissioners Perez, Jamu, Johnson and Condit voting yes, 4-0.
Chairperson Condit opened the meeting, asked whether any member wished to declare a conflict of interest and, seeing none, moved the body into its regular agenda. With leadership in place, the commission proceeded to consent and public items.
