Council members moved to approve the listed ordinances and resolutions; the mayor called the votes and announced the motions carried. During the finance resolutions discussion two council members noted abstentions from payments to specific vendors (LJ and Delta Pipe Defense Supply); those abstentions were noted on the record.
The meeting also approved resolutions accepting in-kind donations for parks events and neighborhood cleanup efforts and authorized grant applications, including an Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant referenced by amount on the agenda.
