Harnett County commissioners approve fireworks permit, jetport hangar purchase and multiple infrastructure items

The board postponed review of boards-and-committees applications until the next meeting because Commissioner Nickel was absent. Under new business, Chairman Jaggers asked county staff attorney Chris Appell to prepare a document to present to the state legislator requesting $1,500 in impact-fee requests.
