The Seattle City Council recorded a series of roll‑call votes April 7, approving several items by unanimous vote.
• Council Bill 121189 — Collective bargaining agreement with the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry Local 32 for Jan. 1, 2025 through Dec. 31, 2027. The sponsor said the contract covers terms for City utilities and Seattle Center and includes increases in allowances and premiums. Vote: 7–0, passed.
• Resolution 32196 — Adoption of statements of legislative intent for the 2026 adopted budget and the 2026–2031 capital improvement program. Sponsor described the role of SLIs in last year’s budget and how they were used to manage priorities; the resolution passed 7–0.
• Resolution 32198 — Committee resolution affirming Seattle’s readiness for an NBA franchise. Referred to the full council and adopted by roll call. Vote: 7–0.
• Council Bill 1211777 — Authorization for the mayor to execute a negotiated settlement and related off‑license agreements for relicensing the Skagit River hydroelectric project before FERC. Sponsor framed the measure as the final council step after eight years of negotiation; vote: 7–0, passed.
• Council Bill 121183 — City Light sale of a portion of real property to Snohomish County (sale price in the record: $452,000) while retaining electrical easement rights. Vote: 7–0, passed.
