Trustee Nelson Lopez repeated the oath, stating, “I do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States… and that I will faithfully discharge the duties of deputy mayor of the village of Elmsford according to the best of my ability.” The board also swore in newly elected Trustee David Sar, who repeated the same oath.
