Cumberland County auditors issue clean opinions; commissioners accept FY2025 report unanimously

"The opinions we issued related to those auditing standards were clean opinions," Linda Suggs, senior manager with Cherry Beckett LLP, told the Board of Commissioners as she presented the firms results for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. She said the firm issued similarly unmodified opinions on federal- and state-compliance testing performed as part of the single-audit.
