Ordinance 2025‑17, read into the record as a bond ordinance, reappropriates $200,000 in previously authorized funds to pay for renovation of borough‑owned grass fields. The ordinance was moved, seconded and closed to public comment; a roll call showed a majority in favor and the council closed the hearing. No members of the public spoke on the item.
In a separate public hearing the council read Ordinance 2025‑18, authorizing the sale of borough property identified in the ordinance as block 185, lot 23.01, which the council described as no longer needed for public use. That hearing likewise drew no public comment before the council closed the hearing and recorded its roll call.
