Vice President Tren also introduced Resolution 18/2425 endorsing Assembly Bills AB 1021 and AB 1381, bills designed to give districts and county offices more tools and incentives to pursue workforce housing near transit. Trustees said they welcomed the state-level tools and supported the bills; the board approved the resolution unanimously.
