The Inglewood City Council, by unanimous roll-call, approved consent calendar items that included authorization for the city manager to execute up to $8,500,000 in grants and related expenditures under agreement number 22-232 with CLR, and adopted a resolution amending the 2025–2026 operating budget to appropriate $120,000 in affordable housing funds.
Madam City Clerk called the roll on the consent calendar; Councilwoman Gray, Councilman Padilla, Councilman Morales and the mayor recorded affirmative votes. The staff report described the authority requested under agreement 22-232 and the scope of eligible expenditures; the consent action also included the budget appropriation to fund affordable-housing programming.
Councilmembers did not debate the items at length during the consent portion and the measures passed as moved and seconded on the consent calendar.
