The committee discussed the process for collecting outside feedback after referral to the full board. Members said they expect to follow the pattern used on a previous educator excellence committee resolution and to invite feedback from an external AI adviser or panel referenced in the meeting transcript as “Aussie.” The group did not record a formal policy vote at the committee level; instead, both items were approved to move forward to the full board.
