Volunteers are asked to sign up via a spreadsheet that the committee will circulate; organizers said they will also produce a one‑sheet promo for community groups and high school volunteers. A member offered to host a small barbecue for volunteers after the cleanup. Committee members noted the Needham Police Department has a youth program that can connect young people who need community service with volunteer opportunities and asked staff to share the promotional link with school resource officers.
Organizers said logistics (parking and permissions) are being finalized with town staff and with the memorial field committee and that further details and the signup link will be distributed in the coming days.
