The North Ridgeville City Council held a public hearing Monday, March 16, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. to consider a renewal application to place farmland into an agricultural district, the chair announced.
“The public hearing is now in session,” the chair said as the meeting opened and the Pledge of Allegiance was led.
The clerk then called the roll, recording attendance and noting that one council member was excused. The clerk read the renewal application aloud, identifying the applicant as Mr. Robert Wensync and giving the property location as 5344 Stony Ridge Road and Atten Road. The clerk recited multiple parcel numbers and stated a total acreage of approximately 170.42 acres.
The chair invited members of the public to address the council about the application. The clerk recorded that there was no public comment. With no one from the public speaking, the chair closed the hearing and adjourned the meeting.
The hearing record includes the applicant name and the parcel and acreage information as read into the record; the council did not take a vote or make a decision on the application during this session.
