Board forwards demolition bid recommendation after staff recommends rejecting two low bidders

The board voted to forward the recommendation and supporting documentation to the redevelopment commission for its review and final approval. The board clarified that this action forwards the recommendation rather than final award by the Board of Works and Safety.
